Suicide Prevention

Samaritans vision is that less people die by suicide each year. We try to do this by providing  confidential emotional support for anyone experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.

Whatever you’re going through, we are here for you. You can call us, send an email or call in, we’re also open every day from 10am to 9pm if you want to visit to speak to someone in person. You don’t need to make an appointment

Managing Stress

Day to day life can produce any number of stresses, what seems like an insignificant thing or event to one person can be overwhelming to another.

Samaritans are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to listen whenever any stress in your life feels like it is overwhelming you. We won’t judge you, tell you what to do or that you were right or wrong. We will listen. There will be nothing more important to us than listening to you and what you are going through.

Anxiety Management

Stress & Anxiety are common problems that we all face on a daily basis. Dealing with stress and anxiety can be difficult without talking to someone about it.

That’s why our team of dedicated volunteers are here to help, support and guide you through any emotional challenges you are facing.
